CANCELLATION POLICY

Making Your Reservation

• Please note: 7% applicable tax will be added to the total price of your reservation and is not included in the apartment rates.

• A deposit of 30% is required to guarantee your reservation. The remaining payment must be made 1 month prior to arrival.

Modifying Your Reservation

• Any changes to the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate adjustment (no additional modification fees apply).

Standard Cancellation Policy:

• If a reservation is canceled, cancellation fees are applicable. If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please do so 30 days prior to arrival to cancel free of charge. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival is subject to a penalty of 100% of the agreed total costs/rental. If you have made a deposit, we will retain it and charge the remaining amount of your stay to your credit card.

• If you fail to arrive within 24 hours of the agreed date without any notification, it will be considered a cancellation. We are unable to refund any payment for no-shows or early departures.
